Order processing is a breeze with Flexoweb. When your customers/buyers place orders Flexoweb immediately sends emails to the customer, merchant (you) and any associated salesreps. The order is flagged as open which allows the customer to cancel until you change the order status to "In Process". If your using the payment gateway option your customers charge card will automatically be processed and a merchant transaction will be generated. When your ready to ship the goods with a click of your mouse the merchant transaction will communicate back to the merchant gateway to release all funds. Order totals can easily be modified for partial shipments as well as all freight, sales tax and any applied discounts; for large orders have Flexoweb  automatically release the entire order as shipped with a click of your mouse. When utilizing the built in inventory module all on hand quantities will automatically be deducted and canceled orders will replenish inventory levels.
